These Official Rules govern the Low Funz Racing Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by:

Wiley’s Speed Shop is a promotional collaborator and merchandise partner only and is not responsible for Sweepstakes administration or prize fulfillment.

The Sweepstakes begins on November 24, 2025, at 12:00 AM Central Time, and ends on January 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Sweepstakes Period”), unless extended by Sponsor pursuant to Section 5.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate household members of Sponsor or Wiley’s Speed Shop are not eligible.

Participants may obtain entries by purchasing:

• Merch bundles
   
• Straight entry packages
   

Each purchase level corresponds to the number of entries listed at checkout.
Paid entries are electronically recorded under the user’s name and email.

Purchasing does NOT increase odds of winning.

To enter without a purchase, handwrite the following on a 3"×5" card:

Additional free entries from the same household, individual, mailing address, or email will be void.

Free entries must be:

• Postmarked by January 12, 2025, and
   
• Received by January 17, 2025
   

Free entries do not count toward the paid-entry minimum described in Section 5.

A minimum of 8,000 paid entries must be received for the Grand Prize to be awarded.

If fewer than 8,000 paid entries are received, Sponsor may at its sole discretion:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250,000

Actual value may vary.

Winner also receives a non-transferable, 4-hour technical training session with Steve Wiley at Wiley’s Speed Shop.

• Warm-up & start-up procedure
   
• Safety procedures
   
• Pit turnaround basics

Winner is not permitted to operate the vehicle on-track or at speed.

Sponsor compensates Steve Wiley separately for this appearance.

Winner is responsible for:

• Federal, state, and local taxes
   
• Title, registration
   
• Delivery or transport costs
   
• Any other fees associated with prize acceptance
   

Winner must claim prize within 30 days of notification.

Odds depend on:

• Total paid entries
   
• Total free entries
   

Purchasing does NOT increase odds.

A random drawing will be held on or about:

Winner will be selected using Random.org or another certified randomization tool.

Winner will be notified via:

Winner must respond within 5 days, or Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the irrevocable right to use:

• City/state
   
• Photos
   
• Video
   
• Prize delivery footage
   
• Testimonials
   

…in any media without compensation.

Sponsor will donate 15% of gross sweepstakes proceeds to charity:

• 7.5% to 22Kill / One Tribe Foundation
   
• 7.5% to Speedway Children’s Charities – Texas Motor Speedway
   

Charities do not sponsor, endorse, or administer this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Modify
   
• Suspend
   
• Extend
   
• Terminate
   

…this Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, misconduct, or other events compromise integrity.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, or damaged mail
   
• Internet or payment failures
   
• Website outages
   
• Server errors
   
• Force majeure events
   
• Typographical errors
   

By entering, participants release Sponsor, Wiley’s Speed Shop, Steve Wiley, the charities, and all partners from liability arising from:

• Participation
   
• Prize acceptance
   
• Prize use or misuse
   
• Vehicle ownership
   
• Orientation day activities
   

Winner assumes all responsibility for the vehicle and associated components.

These rules are governed by Texas law.

Information collected is used only to:

• Administer the sweepstakes
   
• Process entries
   
• Notify winner
   

Information will not be sold or shared outside sweepstakes administration.
